HOW TO MAKE MANGALORE CUCUMBER SAMBAR
- Wash and chop the cucumber into huge items. Soak tamarind in water and take the extract. Put aside.
- Strain cook dinner toor dal including turmeric powder, few drops of cooking oil and water. Put aside.
